On the fourth day of the Ukraine-Russia war, the Ukraine capital Kyiv is resonating with explosions. Now the Russian army has attacked Kharkiv. In a statement issued by a Ukrainian official, it has been said that Russian soldiers have now come out on the streets in Kharkiv. Ukraine has also claimed retaliation.
