A friend of the Duke hinted that Andrew wanted to ensure nothing overshadowed the Platinum Jubilee, but that the terms of the agreement could expire afterwards, the Telegraph reported. They told the broadsheet: “If you’re going to go for legal resolution at those sorts of prices then you want silence - but what we’ve got is silence for the Platinum Jubilee.” According to The Telegraph there are claims there is a gagging clause in the agreement that prevents either party from discussing the case or the financial deal which was signed. The Telegraph claims it also prevents the Duke from repeating the claim that he had no recollection of ever meeting Ms Giuffre, reports state. It is reported ...
