A MAN who loves all things bimbo has gone through drastic changes to look like a woman - but says he still feels 100% male. Jan Simsa, 27, from the Czech Republic, grew up like any other boy but started feeling different at 12 years old. He can trace back the specific moment when it all changed for him; he was setting up decorations around Christmas time, a friend covered him with glitter, and he realised he liked it. Dressing up as a woman wasn't enough for Jan, and three years ago he started getting plastic surgery to achieve his desired look. So far he's had many fillers and two procedures done to his lips, but is now also planning to get breast implants too. Recently, Jan's friends and family have begun to question whether he wants to fully transition to female. Jan told Truly: "For me this is purely visual, I only like how this looks - I don't want to be a woman, it's not what I'm after. To me this is just the visual part, inside I'm still a boy." Unfortunately for Jan, his family didn't agree with his choices, and it was especially difficult for him at the beginning of the process.
