Bappi Lahiri dies at age of 69 due to prolonged illness

Indian Singer-composer Bappi Lahiri passed away on Wednesday, February 16, at a Mumbai hospital, informed a doctor. He was 70 years old. The veteran singer had tested positive for Covid-19 in April last year, after which he was confined to full bed rest. Bappi Lahiri was being treated for multiple illnesses.
