'How to NOT Bake a Japanese Cheesecake! Hilarious Cooking Fail'

'Quarantine had everyone experimenting with something to pass their time. However, not every experiment is a success, is it?

One such experiment was attempted by Oaxaca-based Deborah Valbuena and her mother. The mother-daughter duo, after watching several recipes on YouTube, decided to bake a "Jiggly Fluffy Japanese Cheesecake".

Even though it was a new recipe, Deborah and her mom did their best to follow the instructions that they saw online. However, instead of baking the cake for only 80 minutes as they were instructed to, they ended up baking it for an extra two hours after they thought that the cake was raw upon the completion of 80 minutes.

The result can be seen in this video. It turns out that even after baking the cake for more than a couple of hours, it didn't move past the raw phase.
