Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams said the father and son would be “extremely concerned” the Duke of York’s case is set to be heard in front of a jury. His comments come after Andrew took the dramatic decision to face his accuser Virginia Giuffre in court to become the first member of the modern royal family to submit to being cross-examined over serious allegations.
