Bilaspur assembly seat comes in Rampur district of Uttar Pradesh. Although Rampur is said to be the area of ​​Azam Khan, but the SP does not run on this seat. बिलासपुर विधानसभा सीट उत्तर प्रदेश के रामपुर जिले में आती है. वैसे तो रामपुर आजमखान का इलाका कहा जाता है लेकिन इस सीट पर सपा की नहीं चलती है. साल 2017 के विधानसभा चुनाव में इस सीट से बीजेपी के बलदेव सिंह औलख को जीत मिली थी. इस सीट पर कांग्रेस भी काफी मजबूत पकड़ मानी जाती है.
