UP Election 2022: Wrestler Babita Phogat समेत 63 के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज, जानिए मामला | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Despite the Election Commission banning public meetings and campaigning with crowds, these restrictions are being openly violated at places. So there, now a case has been registered against 63 people including wrestler Babita Phogat and BJP candidate Kushnapal S Malik in Baghpat district. This case has been registered under sections of the Model Code of Conduct and Epidemic Act.

चुनाव आयोग ने जनसभा और भीड़ के साथ प्रचार पर रोक लगा रखी है, इसके बावजूद जगह-जगह इन प्रतिबंधों का खुलेआम उल्लंघन हो रहा है। तो वहीं, अब बागपत जिले में पहलवान बबीता फोगाट और बीजेपी प्रत्याशी कुष्णपाल एस मलिक समेत 63 लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ है। ये मुकदमा आदर्श चुनाव आचार संहिता और महामारी अधिनियम की धाराओं में दर्ज हुआ है।
