NGO Case: विदेशी चंदे के लिए 6,000 से ज़्यादा NGO को Supreme Court से राहत नहीं | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The NGO has not got any relief in the case of cancellation of FCRA licenses of more than 6,000 NGOs for foreign donations by the Supreme Court. The court has refused to pass an interim order to give protection. The Supreme Court said that these organizations should represent to the Center for renewal of their licenses and the Center should decide on them as per law. The Supreme Court noted the contention of the Center that 11000 NGOs applied and their licenses were renewed. The Supreme Court said that it does not want to interfere at the moment. case will be heard later

Supreme Court. की तरफ से विदेशी चंदे के लिए 6,000 से ज्यादा NGO के FCRA licenses रद्द करने के मामले में गैर सरकारी संगठन को कोई राहत नहीं मिली है. अदालत ने सुरक्षा देने के लिए अंतरिम आदेश देने से इनकार कर दिया है. Supreme Court ने कहा कि ये संगठन अपने लाइसेंस के नवीनीकरण के लिए केंद्र को प्रतिनिधित्व दें और केंद्र इन पर कानून के अनुसार फैसला ले. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र की दलील नोट की कि 11000 NGO ने आवेदन किया और उनके लाइसेंस नवीनीकृत किए गए . सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि वो फिलहाल दखल नहीं देना चाहता. मामले की सुनवाई बाद में होगी
