Maharashtra: Two women doctors in a 'commitment ring ceremony' in Nagpur last week took vows to spend their lives together as a couple. "We call this relationship 'lifetime commitment'. We are planning our wedding in Goa," says Paromita Mukherjee, one of the women.


'समलैंगिकता' (homosexuality) को अब समाज में लोग खुले दिल से अपनाने लगे हैं। महाराष्ट्र (Maharashtra) के नागपुर (Nagpur) में रहने वाले एक समलैंगिक जोड़े ने समाजी बंदिशों से परे जाते हुए शादी करने का फैसला लिया है। ये दोनों पेशे से डॉक्टर (Doctors) हैं। और दोनों ने अब जिंदगीभर साथ रहने का वादा कर लिया है। दोनों की सगाई बड़े धूमधाम से हुई और अब ये गोवा (Goa) में शादी करने जा रहीं हैं।
