SA records 3,493 new cases, but no increase in ICU or people with ventilators

South Australia’s Premier Steven Marshall has provided the state’s latest COVID update. There has been an uptick in testing with a reduction in testing times, and there have been 3,493 new cases recorded. The state has also decided to change its close contact testing protocols from PCR tests to rapid antigen tests.
