National cabinet considers subsidising rapid antigen tests

Subsidising RATs is on the top of the agenda for the meeting of the National Cabinet. With complaints of the cost of the test and reports of alleged price gouging, leaders are considering subsiding the tests, or cash payments for vulnerable and low-income Australians.
