Infections rise putting pressure on emergency response services

Victoria has recorded 17,636 new COVID cases and 11 deaths as pressure mounts on the state's hospital, ambulance and testing systems. Nearly one in three Victorians are returning positive PCR tests with a warning the ambulance service is experience delays.
