The government released official guidelines on Covid-19 vaccination for 15 to 18-year-olds as well as ' precautionary doses' for frontline workers and people above the age of 60 years with co-morbidities on Monday. As per the government's guidelines, children in the age-group of 15 to 18 years are eligible only for the Covaxin Covid-19 vaccine from January 3, 2022 onwards.

In another news, the Congress high command is said to have conveyed to the Punjab unit that the assembly election will be fought under collective leadership.
