India reported 7,495 new cases and 434 deaths in the last 24 hours. The country also reported 6,960 recoveries in the same duration taking the total recoveries to 3,42,08,926. The current recovery rate stands at 98.40 per cent and the active caseload of the country stands at 78,291. The total Omicron case tally stands at 236. 139 crore vaccine doses have been administered so far.
