LG Manoj Sinha promises to give 3500 MW electricity in J&K

Jammu and Kashmir LG Manoj Sinha on December 20 promised that within 4-5 years, the Union Territory (UT) will receive 3500 MW electricity.
“You all know that from past seven to eight years, the development work has been done in the field of electricity in the country, there have many reforms done for the same. But unfortunately, Jammu and Kashmir is deprived from this. I would like to promise that within 4-5 years, Jammu and Kashmir will receive 3500 MW of electricity,” said Jammu and Kashmir Lt Governor.
