The Popular Front of India (PFI) has designed a new strategy to sustain and push its agenda due to stringent surveillance and monitoring by various central agencies, sources said.

Intelligence inputs accessed by India Today reveal that the PFI, which is believed to be the front organisation of banned terror group SIMI, plans to form small welfare societies with different names across the country to run its agenda. These societies will be registered with local registrar offices, sources said.
