Victoria hits vaccination target as the Premier promises new freedoms

Victoria has officially hit the 90 per cent double dose vaccination milestone for all people over the age of 12 and up. Premier Daniel Andrews praised the achievement, saying it would allow for greater freedoms and make the state an attractive destination again.
