Three people have been arrested after dozens ransacked a Nordstrom store near San Francisco. Police called it a \"smash-and-grab\" incident. Nearly 80 people were involved in the crime at the department store in Broadway Plaza. San Francisco Bay has been hit by a third day of looting. A gang of thieves were filmed smashing glass cases at a jewelry store. Similar incidents took place at Union Square and surrounding areas in San Francisco.
