Parking chaos causes problems for many disabled citizens

Kent residents say they are frustrated at the pavement parking situation in the county some being affected in their everyday life.

Those with wheelchairs and mobility aids fear they are being put in danger due to some parking behavior.

The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association is calling on the Prime Minister to take action.
