Controversy over plans to build school for children with special educational needs in Medway

Medway council's cabinet is at loggerheads after plans to build a 25 million for school for children with special educational needs were stalled my Medway Labour group.

Last month, conservatives announced a government bid for a new school but Labour councilllors slammed the plans because they didn't like the company put in charge of it.
