Kent's councils to house rough sleepers to fight coronavirus

Councils are having to find housing for thousands of rough sleepers across Kent - by the end of the weekend - to help protect them from the deadly coronavirus. Although charities are hopeful this move has the potential to dramatically improve the way we care for the homeless, many questions remain as to how the scheme will work.
