Ashford GP welcomes plans to increase the number of places to study medicine

There are calls for the cap to be lifted on the number of places to study medicine in Kent and the rest of the UK.
It comes after the changes to A-level results which has lead many universities worried about not having enough place for all students with the grades to get in.
