Mass COVID swabs given to Kent pupils, but is it too late?

Pointless and inadequate - that's how pupils and councillors have called plans for mass testing at secondary schools in Kent. Health Secretary Matt Hancock announced the plans for areas hit hardest by COVID-19 in the hope of eliminating the virus from schools.
