Residents in Chatham say their homes are now worthless because of the external cladding.

After the Grenfell tower disaster, changes to fire safety rules have meant The Wharf building at the Dockside would no longer pass a risk assessment needed for a sale.

But it's meant homeowners are responsible for spending tens of thousands of pounds to fix it if they want to sell their flats.
