They're a menace and a DANGER.

Those are the words from Kent's Police and Crime Commissioner ah he's concerned e-scooter riders are becoming a problem.

Matthew Scott believes MANY people are using them illegally and is calling for trials in Kent to be HALTED.

But in Canterbury, where one of the trials is taking place, many say they're a more CONVENIENT way to get around.
