Section 144 has been imposed in Amravati in view of protests against Tripura violence, Amravati's guardian minister Yashomati Thakur said, as quoted by news agency ANI.As per the order issued on Saturday by the Amravati police commissionerate, the curfew has come into effect in the limits of the city and will remain in force till further order is issued. This order was issued by officiating police commissioner Sandip Patil under sections 144(1), (2), (3) of the CrPc to avoid any untoward incidents. Watch video,

Tripura में लगी हिंसा की आग अब Maharastra तक पहुंच गई है. यहां हिंसा के विरोध में Amaravati में दो दिनों से बवाल चल रहा है. आलम ये है कि अमरावती में धारा 144 लगा दी गई है. इस दौरान जमकर तोड़फोड़ हंगामा और Lathicharge भी देखने को मिला है. दरसल शुक्रवार को अमरावती में Tripura Violence के विरोध में कई मुस्लिम संगठनों ने प्रदर्शन किया. इस दौरान काफी हंगामा देखने को मिला. जिसके विरोध में हिंदू संगठनों ने आज बंद बुलाया. देखें वीडियो
