Tamil Nadu: मंदिरों का सोना पिघलाने के Tamilnadu Govt. के आदेश पर HC की रोक | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Madras High Court has stayed the state government's decision to melt the gold of temples in Tamil Nadu, the High Court says that such decisions can be taken only by the trustees of the temple, not the government. Let us inform that the MK Stalin government had started the process of melting about 2138 kg of gold. The order of the state government was challenged by some petitioners in the High Court. The petitioners had called it illegal.

Tamil Nadu में मंदिरों का सोना पिघलाने के राज्य सरकार के फैसले पर Madras High Court ने रोक लगा दी है,हाईकोर्ट का कहना है कि इस तरह के फैसले मंदिर के ट्रस्टी ही ले सकते हैं, सरकार नहीं. बता दें कि MK Stalin government ने लगभग 2138 किलो सोना पिघलाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी थी. राज्य सरकार के आदेश को कुछ याचिकाकर्ताओं ने हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी. याचिकाकर्ताओं ने इसे अवैध बताया था.
