Pune police arrested Kiran Gosavi, an independent witness of the Narcotics Control Bureau in the drugs-on-cruise case, in connection with a 2018 cheating case. He was on the run and hiding from police with a different name. He did not surrender before the police, said the Pune police commissioner. He is currently being interrogated by the Pune Police.
