Exclusive: Kiran Gosavi likely to surrender in Lucknow

Kiran Gosavi, an independent witness of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the drugs-on-cruise case, has told Aajtak exclusively that he will surrender shortly in Lucknow.
