The Shah Alam High Court on Friday was told that Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi was just following the orders of former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to extend the contract of Ultra Kirana Sdn Bhd as the sole operator of the Foreign Visa System (VLN) to Malaysia in China.
