Former Home Ministry Immigration Affairs division secretary Datuk Shahril Ismail testified in court that former Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi met with a Ultra Kirana Sdn Bhd director at his house in Putrajaya before making a decision to extend the company’s contract for Foreign Visa System for three more years.

Shahril told the Shah Alam High Court on Tuesday that Zahid also rejected his division’s proposal to take the matter to the Public-Private Partnership Unit or UKAS.
