Three police officers who were on duty when confessed serial killer Masten Wanjala escaped have been charged before a Nairobi court. Phillip Mbithi, Boniface Mutuma and Precious Mwinzi denied two counts of aiding a prisoner to escape prison and neglect of official duty. https://bit.ly/30RNQT5
