Uttarakhand: Bridge collapse in seconds due to flash flood

The death toll due to rain-related incidents in Uttarakhand has now risen to 23, with 13 fatalities reported from the Nainital district. Now a video has been surfaced from Haldwani which shows the collapse of a bridge due to a flash flood. People on the one side of the bridge screaming to warn the people coming from another side of the bridge. Watch this video.
