Egg Roll Recipe In this video, I am going to make Korean rolled egg omelette in Indian style. Korean egg roll (Gyeran-mari (계란말이) or rolled omelette is a Korean street food. Tamagoyaki (卵焼き or 玉子焼き) is a similar rolled omelette found in Japan also. The Korean egg roll contains vegetables like onion, carrot, garlic chives etc. They also add seafood and seaweed. In Indian version, I am going to replace garlic chives with coriander and adding red chili powder to it. I am not going to add any seafood or seaweed.
