The ODI and T20 series played between India vs Sri Lanka in July this year was one of the most important series for India as the second team of India went to play in this series, whose coaching responsibility was given to former Indian captain Rahul Dravid. Rahul Dravid gave every player who went on this series a chance to play in the team and under his coaching many players had also shown better performance. Rahul Dravid can once again be seen as the coach in India's home series against New Zealand after the T20 World Cup.
