Aaj Tak has got the Panchnama copy in the Aryan drugs case. In this copy, the accused Arbaaz Merchant has confessed to taking drugs with Aryan in front of the investigating officer. Arbaaz took out a pouch from the shoe which contained charas. The court has rejected the bail petition of Aryan Khan and the rest of the accused.
