The industry has lost another gem after the sudden demise of 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' fame Ghanshyam Nayak. Veteran actor Arvind Trivedi, who played the role of Ravana in Ramanand Sagar's 'Ramayan', died in Mumbai on Tuesday night. According to media reports, Arvind Trivedi was ill for a long time and died due to heart attack and non-functioning of many organs. His last rites will be held in Mumbai on Wednesday morning. He was 82 years old.According to ABP News, Arvind Trivedi's nephew Kaustubh Trivedi confirmed the death of his uncle. He told that he was running ill for the last several years. For the last 3 years, his health had started deteriorating very badly. He had to be hospitalized several times during this period. He had returned home from the hospital only a month ago. He suffered a heart attack around 9.30 pm on Tuesday night. He breathed his last at his house in Kandivali.Arvind Trivedi is best remembered for playing the role of Ravana. He has worked in many popular Gujarati films. His career lasted for 40 years in Gujarati cinema. Apart from 'Ramayana', he also showed his performance in another popular TV show 'Vikram and Betal'. He also acted in about 300 films including Hindi and Gujarati. The late actor also acted in several social and mythological films

‘तारक मेहता का उल्टा चश्मा’ फेम घनश्याम नायक के अचानक निधन के बाद इंडस्ट्री ने एक और रत्न खो दिया है. रामानंद सागर की ‘रामायण’ (Ramayan Ravan) में रावण का किरदार निभाने वाले दिग्गज एक्टर अरविंद त्रिवेदी (Arvind Trivedi Death) का मंगलवार रात मुंबई में निधन हो गया. मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, अरविंद त्रिवेदी काफी समय से बीमार थे और दिल का दौरा पड़ने तथा कई अंगों के काम नहीं करने चलते उनका निधन हो गया. उनका अंतिम संस्कार बुधवार सुबह मुंबई में होगा. वे 82 साल के थे.एबीपी न्यूज के मुताबिक, अरविंद त्रिवेदी के भतीजे कौस्तुभ त्रिवेदी ने अपने चाचा के निधन की पुष्टि की. उन्होंने बताया कि वह पिछले कई साल से बीमार चल रहे थे. पिछले 3 साल से उनकी तबीयत बहुत ज्यादा खराब रहने लगी थी. उन्हें इस दौरान कई बार अस्पताल में भी भर्ती रहना पड़ा था. एक महीने पहले ही वो अस्पताल से घर लौटे थे. मंगलवार रात 9.30 बजे करीब उन्हें दिल का दौरा पड़ा. उन्होंने कांदिवली स्थित अपने घर में अंतिम सांस ली.अरविंद त्रिवेदी (Arvind Trivedi) को रावण की भूमिका निभाने के लिए सबसे ज्यादा याद किया जाता है. उन्होंने कई पॉपुलर गुजराती फिल्मों में काम किया है. उनका करियर गुजराती सिनेमा में 40 साल तक चला. उन्होंने ‘रामायण’ के अलावा टीवी के एक और पॉपुलर शो ‘विक्रम और बेताल’ में भी अपनी अदाकारी दिखाई थी. उन्होंने हिंदी और गुजराती सहित करीब 300 फिल्मों में भी काम किया. दिवंगत अभिनेता ने कई सामाजिक और पौराणिक फिल्मों में भी अभिनय किया था.
