In a big setback to the Congress in Goa, senior Congress leader and former CM Luizinho Faleiro has resigned from the party. He submitted his resignation to Goa Assembly Speaker Rajesh Patnekar. There is speculation that he may join TMC. Huh. Just before resigning from Congress and MLA post, he praised Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
