Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke on cross-country terrorism during his speech at the 76th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on Saturday. Hinting at Pakistan, PM Modi said he said that nations using terrorism as a "political tool" should realise that it is an equally big threat for them as well.
