Prime Minister Scott Morrison has confirmed a magnitude 6 earthquake which has struck Victoria this morning, with aftershocks of 5.5 and 4. He is currently in the United States and says the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Emergency Management will be handling the response at a federal level. He has also provided a response to the violent protests seen in Victoria this week.
