Radha Ashtami 2021: According to the Hindu calendar, the date of Ashtami of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month is celebrated as Radha Ashtami. This year this festival will be celebrated on 14th September. Ashtami Tithi will start on Monday at 3:10 pm and will end on Tuesday at 1:9 pm. According to the belief, the fruits of Krishna Janmashtami fast are not obtained without Radha Ashtami fasting. That's why people who keep fast on Krishna Janmashtami definitely keep fast on Radha Ashtami. Like Krishna Janmashtami, Radha Ashtami fast is also celebrated on Radha's birthday. The method of worship of Radha Ashtami is very similar to that of Krishna Janmashtami and nothing special is required during the worship. Apart from the idol of Radha Krishna, incense, lamp, roli, fruits, flowers, garlands, naivedya and copper urn are necessary in this worship. Apart from this, vermilion, sandalwood, turmeric and rice are needed for the adornment of Radha Rani.

Radha Ashtami 2021: हिंदू कैलेंडर के अनुसार भाद्रपद मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की अष्टमी की तिथि को राधा अष्टमी के रूप में मनाया जाता है। इस साल यह पर्व 14 सितंबर को मनाया जाएगा। अष्टमी तिथि सोमवार को दोपहर 3 बजकर 10 मिनट पर शुरू होगी और मंगलवार को दोपहर 1 बजकर 9 मिनट पर समाप्त होगी। मान्यता के अनुसार राधा अष्टमी व्रत के बिना कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी व्रत का फल नहीं मिलता है। इसलिए कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी का व्रत रखने वाले लोग राधा अष्टमी का व्रत जरूर रखते हैं। कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी की तरह राधा अष्टमी की व्रत भी राधा के जन्मदिन पर मनाया जाता है। राधा अष्टमी की पूजा की विधि बहुत हद तक कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी की तरह ही होती है और इसमें पूजा के दौरान किसी विशेष चीज की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती। राधा कृष्ण की मूर्ति के अलावा धूप,दीप,रोली,फल,फूल,माला,नैवेद्य और तांबे का कलश इस पूजा में जरूरी होता है। इसके अलावा राधा रानी के श्रंगार के लिए सिंदूर, चंदन, हल्दी और चावल की जरूरत होती है।
