Proof of vaccination expected to become the norm

Both the Victorian and New South Wales State Governments have flagged digital vaccination passports as the key to freedom of movement. Graham Greenleaf, who is a Professor of Law and Information Systems at UNSW, says more detail is needed on how the passports will work.
