The mystery fever that started from Western Uttar Pradesh's Firozabad has spread to neighbouring Etah district. In village after village, many people are suffering from high fever and falling platelet counts. Quacks are ruling, and shops have been turned into so-called healthcare facilities, an AajTak ground report shows.
