Ahead of government formation in Afghanistan, National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah said he hopes that the Taliban will deliver good governance following Islamic principles. "I hope they (Taliban) will deliver good governance following Islamic principles in that country (Afghanistan) and respect human rights. They should try to develop friendly relations with every country," said Farooq Abdullah.
