NSW authorities preparing for peak COVID infections next week

Authorities in New South Wales are preparing for COVID infections to peak next week, while modelling shows the likely peak in demand for intensive care beds will be about early- mid October. The state has recorded five deaths and 1,281 new locally acquired infections.
