West Begal: DGP नियुक्ति मामले में Mamata Banerjee को झटका, SC ने खारिज की याचिका | वनइंडिया हिंदी

In the matter of appointment of DGP in West Bengal, the Mamata Banerjee government has got a setback from the Supreme Court, in fact, the Supreme Court refused to hear the state government's petition for the appointment of DGP. The court said that your such petition has been rejected earlier also. Why are you filing such petitions again and again, the Supreme Court said that there is no need to change our previous order. The court expressed displeasure at the West Bengal government for repeatedly filing the same type of petition.

पश्चिम बंगाल में DGP की नियुक्ति का मामले में ममता बनर्जी सरकार (Mamata Banerjee Government) को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से झटका लगा है, दरअसल सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने राज्य सरकार की डीजीपी की नियुक्ति की याचिका पर सुनवाई करने से इनकार किया. कोर्ट ने कहा कि आपकी इस तरह की याचिका पहले भी खारिज हो चुकी हैं . आप बार- बार ऐसी याचिका दाखिल क्यों कर रहे हैं, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि हमारे पिछले आदेश में बदलाव की कोई जरूरत नहीं है. कोर्ट ने बार-बार एक ही तरह की याचिका दाखिल करने के लिए पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार पर नाराजगी जताई.
