This video, filmed by Alexander Wilson in Chicago, Illinois, features the filmer's unsuccessful attempt at striking an impressive yoga pose.
Alexander wrote: "I was trying to do a cool hanging yoga pose on a yoga swing (I'm new to aerial yoga) but when I got onto the swing and started wrapping my legs around, I slipped and fell hard on the floor. I guess I didn't realize how slippery my socks were!"
