The second wave of Covid-19 was a learning curve for all including health firms as well as diagnostic companies. Therefore, as the health tech sector prepares for the future, it has to start focussing on certain aspects including ramping up of capabilities through the right operating model and tools, providing a better customer experience besides value assurance.
