Kerala High Court's big decision, only mother's right will be on the child born from IVF. The Kerala High Court, during the hearing of an important decision, said that it is not right to ask for information about the father for birth-death registration of a child born through IVF. It was said by the court that with the help of assisted reproductive techniques like IVF, the woman has been recognized as a single mother.

Kerala High Court ने एक अहम फैसले की सुनवाई के दौरान कहा कि IVF से जन्‍मे बच्‍चे के जन्‍म-मृत्‍य रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए पिता के बारे में जानकारी मांगना ठीक नहीं है. कोर्ट की ओर से कहा गया कि IVF जैसी सहायक प्रजनन तकनीकों से महिला को अकेले मां बनने की मान्‍यता दी गई है.
